This artifact evidences my ability to incorporate constructivist and connectivism theories as well as UDL principles in designing and creating online courses. It aligns with the AECT standards as it displays my ability to choose and use appropriate pedagogical concepts to support student learning.

This artifact evidences my ability to take into consideration cognitive - emotional and culturally responsive pedagogies in research. In addition, it displays my ability to take into account factors such as socio-political, emotional, cognitive and cultural dynamics and the effect thereof in influencing the success of a refugee student as well as teachers and instructional designers.
This aligns with AECT Standards as research methods used assist in finding solutions and enhance the field of instructional technology, while simultaneously, applying set ethical guidelines and practices.
