Artifact 2: Archibus Overview Tutorial

Artifact 1: 2019 AECT D&D Competition

You will be redirected to a 21.07 min screencast video

My teammate and I were part of the 2019 AECT Design & Development (D&D) Competition. The problem statement for 2019 centered around demonstrating how microlearning can be effectively utilized to meet NATO ACT needs. To showcase this, we proposed the use of Cognitive Task Analysis and the ARCS model to create a mobile learning app. The app acts as a vehicle that extensively addresses learners’ goals in modular forms, allowing for just-in-time sequencing of discrete, bite-sized content.

For more information, see the pdf report and prototype above.

As part of my Online Teaching and Learning graduate certificate, I embarked on creating an Archibus overview tutorial for the University of Tennessee Facilities Services training department via Camtasia.  Using a detailed process, I created a storyboard, timeline, roles and responsibilities framework. Due to the size of the project, I have only included the screencast link above.
